Description

Discharge of Condition No.3 of Planning Approval LA06/2020/0129/RM which states: A Final Construction Management Plan (CMP) must be submitted by the appointed contractor for agreement with the Council in writing, prior to works commencing. This should reflect all the mitigation and avoidance measures and the monitoring and contingency plans as detailed in the Construction Management Plan April 2018 and be supported by a plan illustrating implementation of the final CMP for this phase of development. The approved final CMP, shall be adhered to and implemented throughout the construction period in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. Reason: To ensure that the appointed contractor undertaking the work is well informed of all the risks associated with the proposal and to provide effective mitigation ensuring there are no adverse impacts on the integrity of Strangford Lough SPA, SAC and Ramsar site
