Discharge of Condition No. 13 of planning approval LA06/2019/0568/RM which states: 'Prior to the commencement of development, a phased landscape plan will be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. This phased plan will show the landscaping of the site to be in general conformity with Stamped Approval Drawing Numbers 02 REV C, 06 REV C and 6D date stamped 24 February 2022. Reason: To ensure that the public open space provision and boundary details are completed in a timely matter in the interests of amenity.
