Description

Discharge of Condition 8 of previously approved application LA06/2023/2434/F - Which states: Prior to the construction of the drainage network, the applicant shall submit a Drainage Assessment, compliant with Policy FLD 3 & Annex D of PPS 15, to the Council for agreement in writing, which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, agreed under Article 161 of The Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, in a 1 in 100 year event including an allowance for climate change (10%) and urban creep (10%). The development shall be carried out in accordance with the assessment as approved. Reason: In order to safeguard against surface water flood risk.
