Description

Discharge of condition 3 of planning approval LA06/2023/1641/LBC which states "Detailed drawings and specifications of the rooflight shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council, in consultation with HED (Historic Buildings), prior to works commencing on site. The rooflight shall be as approved." Detail Drawings from Velux for the proposed flat roof light to the previously approved rear extension. The specification of said rooflight is to be as follows: Velux Vario, custom made fixed flat glass rooflight as per drawings and specification, on min. 150mm flat roof kerb. Glazing to be laminated double glazed units, with burglary resistant security. Accessories, kerbs, flashings, fixings as recommended by rooflight manufacturer. Roof light to be laid to a min. 5 degree fall to aid drainage. Frame colour to be RAL 7043.
