Discharge of condition No 4 of previously approved planning application LA06/2021/0380/F which states:- No residential units shall be occupied until a Landscape Management and Maintenance Plan has been submitted to and approved by the Council in writing. The plan shall set out the period of the plan, long term objectives, management responsibilities, performance measures and maintenance schedules for all areas of landscaping and open space. The landscape management plan shall be carried out as approved prior to the occupation of the last dwelling unit hereby approved. Reason: To ensure the provision, establishment and maintenance of a high standard of landscape. Landscape Management Plan (condition 4) Discharge of Condition No 5 of previously approved planning application LA06/2021/0380/F which states - The long term management and maintenance of the open space, as indicated on Drawing No. 13B date stamped 6 August 2021, shall be undertaken by a management company commissioned by the developer. Details of the arrangements to be put in place to establish the management company and details of the alternative measures which will take effect in the event that the management arrangements break down, must be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council prior to the occupation of any part of the development hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure the provision and maintenance of public open space within the site. Details of appointed management company.
