Description

Discharge of condition 2,3, 4, 5 & 6 of planning approval LA06/2019/0544/F which states '2. The mitigation measures outlined in the approved Outline Construction Environmental Management Plan submitted by Aecom dated July 2021 shall be fully implemented during the construction phase of the development to the satisfaction of the council. 3. The applicant must refer and adhere to (and the final CEMP must reflect) the precepts in the following published pollution prevention documents: - PPG 1: Understanding your environmental responsibilities -GPP 2: Above ground oil storage tanks - GPP 5: Works and maintenance in or near water - PPG 6: Working at construction and demolition sites - PPG 7: Safe storage - The safe operation of refuelling facilities - GPP 21: Pollution incident response planning - PPG 22: Incident response - dealing with spills - PPG 26: Safe storage - drums and intermediate bulk containers 4. The final CEMP should be submitted to and approved by the council in writing and should contain a method of works for the site where the bridge is being replaced. 5. Further detail shall be included in the final CEMP regarding the collection, control and treatment of surface water discharge during the construction phase. 6. Direct reference to the Control of Pollution (oil Storage) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 shall be made in the final CEMP with details of how the activities will comply with the oil storage regulations.
