Description

Discharge of condition 4 & 6 of planning approval LA06/2023/1345/F which states .... "All remedial measures as detailed in Cove Environmental Consulting Ltd report “Revised Remedial Design Report” dated November 2022 shall be fully implemented and a verification report shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council prior to the occupation of any part of the development. The verification report shall be completed by competent persons in accordance with the Model Procedures for the Management of Land Contamination (CLR11). The verification report shall present all the remediation and monitoring works undertaken and demonstrate the effectiveness of the works in managing all the risks and achieving the remedial objectives" & "A Verification Report shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council, prior to the occupation of the proposed development. This report shall demonstrate that the remediation measures outlined in the report titled Revised Remedial Design Report date November 2022 have been fully implemented."
