Description

Discharge of condition 15 of planning approval LA06/2022/0881/F which states, "Prior to the construction of the drainage network, a Drainage Assessment, compliant with FLD 3 & Annex D of PPS 15, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council which demonstrates the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, agreed under Article 161, in a 1 in 100 year event. The Drainage network shall be implemented as approved."
