Description

Discharge of Condition 4 of previoulsy approved application LA06/2023/2434/F which states - All roofs shall be finished in either slate or tiles with a thin leading-edge profile. If tiled finishes are to be utilised, then a sample shall be provided to the Council for approval in writing in conjunction with HED prior to works commencing on site, and the roofs shall be finished according to the approved sample. Reason: to ensure that the materials used are of appropriate quality in the interests of maintaining the character and appearance of the setting of the listed buildings. Details of tiling to be used (physical sample can be provided upon request)
