Discharge of Condition 16 of previously approved application LA06/2021/0970/LBC which states - Detailed drawings and specifications for solar panels shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with Council in conjunction with HED prior to works commencing on site. The solar panels shall be installed as approved. Reason: To ensure the works proposed make use of sympathetic building techniques which respect those found on the building.
