Under the Planning Act (Section 67 part 3(b)), we apply for a non-material change to change the wording of condition no.14 of previous Planning permission reference LA06/2017/0995/F from "No dwellings shall be occupied until provision has been made within the curtilage of the site for parking of private cars in accordance with Car Parking Schedule Drawing Number 05/A bearing the date stamp 1st August 2018. The parking provision shall be permanently retained thereafter" to "No dwellings shall be occupied until provision has been made within the curtilage of the site for parking of private cars in accordance with Car Parking Schedule Drawing Number 3091-050-04-003-RevA. The parking provision shall be permanently retained thereafter" We also apply for a Non-Material Change for amended external design to unit to change integral garage to living accommodation.
