Description
Discharge of condition 7 of previously approved application LA06/2021/0433/F which states - Prior to the commencement of development, detailed drawings and specifications of all proposed retaining walls, banks and structures within the development shall be submitted to the Council for approval. The works shall be completed in accordance with the approved details prior to the occupation of the dwelling hereby approved. Reason: To ensure the provision of appropriate retaining structures within the site. Discharge of condition 8 of previously approved application LA06/2021/0433/F which states - All proposed retaining walls, structures and supporting banks within the development hereby approved, shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the relevant British Standard 8002:2015 ‘Code of Practice for Earth Retaining Structures’. Any such design shall be certified by an appropriately qualified structural engineer, evidence of which shall be submitted in writing to the Council prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved. Reason: To ensure the stability of lands and the proposed works.
