Description

Condition 13 of LA06/2022/0319/F: A detailed slate specification shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council prior to building works commencing on site and shall be subsequently carried out as approved. Reason: To ensure the detailed design respects the listed building, to ensure the works proposed make use of traditional sympathetic building materials and techniques which respect those found on the building; and to ensure the nature of the use proposed respects the character of the setting of the building.
