Description

Discharge of conditions 8, 9 and 17 to the planning approval LA06/2021/1064/F, which state: 8. The development hereby permitted shall not commence until a Detailed Remediation Strategy to address all unacceptable risks is submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. The Strategy shall identify all unacceptable risks on the site, the remedial objectives/criteria and the measures which are proposed to mitigate them (including maps/plans showing the remediation design, implementation plan detailing timetable of works, remedial criteria, monitoring program, etc.). The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details; 9. No development or piling work shall commence on this site until a piling risk assessment has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council and implemented to the Council’s satisfaction. This Condition only applies if a piling foundation is being used at the site. Piling risk assessments shall be undertaken in accordance with the methodology contained within the Environment Agency document on "Piling and Penetrative Ground Improvement Methods on Land Affected by Contamination: Guidance on Pollution Prevention" at: https://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ukgwa/20140329082415/http:/cdn.environment-agency.gov.uk/scho0501bitt-e-e.pdf. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details; 17. Samples of proposed ‘Fair-Face Water-struck Brickwork: - Grey Buff Multi Stock Brick’ to facades shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council in consultation with HED prior to any works taking place on site.
