Description

Discharge of Condition No. 6 to planning approval LA06/2022/0156/F, which state: "No development shall take place until a landscaping scheme has been submitted to and approved by the Council showing the location, numbers, species and sizes of trees and shrubs to be planted as well as the details of materials to be used for all hard landscaping. The scheme of planting and hard landscaping as finally approved shall be carried out during the first planting season after the commencement of the development hereby approved and shall be permanently retained thereafter."
