Description
Non Material Change to the wording of part of Condition 3 of LA06/2022/1201/F. Condition 3 currently states that; "Prior to the occupation of the proposed development, a Verification Report shall be submitted to and agreed with the Council in writing. The report shall demonstrate that the remediation measures outlined in the Pentland Macdonald Report Contamination Assessment and Remediation Strategy, referenced PM19-1070 and dated 19 November 2019 have been fully implemented". The wording should read as follows: "Prior to the occupation of the proposed development, a Verification Report shall be submitted to and agreed with the Council in writing. The report shall demonstrate that the remediation measures outlined in the “Proposed Residential Development, Kinnegar Drive, Holywood - Generic Quantitative Risk Assessment” (October 2022) prepared by Cove Environmental Consulting Ltd. have been fully implemented."
