Description

Discharge of condition 9 of approval LA06/2017/1360/F which states - No development activity, including ground preparation or vegetation clearance, shall take place until an Invasive Species Management Plan (ISMP) has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The approved ISMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all works on site shall conform to the approved ISMP, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. Reason: To prevent the spread of invasive species.
