Description

Landscape and Maintenance Management Plan to discharge condition 6 LA06/2021/0885/F - Condition 6. A landscape management plan for the development, including long term design objectives, performance indicators, management responsibilities and maintenance schedules for all landscaped areas, in addition to a plan showing all landscaping details, shall be submitted to and approved by the Council in writing prior to the use of any part of the development hereby permitted. The landscape management plan and landscape details shall be carried out as approved in perpetuity. Reason: To ensure the provision, establishment and maintenance of a high standard of landscape.
