Public Realm Improvement Works - Discharge of Condition 3 of planning approval LA06/2019/1267/F - "A detailed programme of works and any required/associated traffic management proposals shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with The Council, prior to the commencement of any element of the works." Public Realm Improvement Works - Discharge of Condition 4 of planning approval LA06/2019/1267/F - "The development shall not be commenced until a Service Management Plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and subsequently implemented to its satisfaction." NOTE: This is replaced by a Construction Phase Plan which is agreed by Dfi to satisfy the conditions of the Service Management Plan.
