Description

Discharge of Condition 3 of the approved application LA06/2022/0674/F. which states that: Prior to the commencement of development samples of all materials to be used on the southeast and southwest elevations shall be submitted to the Council for approval in writing in consultation with Historic Environment Division, Department for Communities. The building shall be finished in the agreed materials. Reason: To ensure that special regard is paid to protecting the special architectural and historic interest and integrity of the building and its setting under Section 80 of The Planning Act (NI) 2011. HED attended site on 27th September to review the proposed samples. The following samples were reviewed and agreed ahead of the discharge of condition application; Bricks - Wienerberger Staffordshire Red Smooth Cladding panel - Equitone Linea LT85 Rainwater goods Aluminium colour - To match existing windows
