No repairs or restoration works are to take place to the boundary wall in the hatched area shown on drawing 01A stamped 08/06/2022, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. Reason: To ensure the project will not have an adverse effect on the integrity of any European site. 5. All construction activity shall be confined within site boundaries, and the boundary of the designated areas shall not be disturbed in any way without written consent from the Council. Reason: To protect the integrity of the marine environment and Outer Belfast Lough ASSI, Belfast Lough SPA and Ramsar sites and to avoid it being damaged by construction vehicles, deposited materials, contaminated run-off, or any other activity during the construction period or thereafter. Any works occurring within the designated site but outside the red line planning application boundary are subject to The Conservation (Natural Habitats, etc.) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995 (as amended) and the Environment (Northern Ireland) Order 2002 (as amended).
