Description

Discharge of Condition 10 of LA06/2019/0581/F: Within twenty-four hours prior to demolition, the existing buildings on the site, shaded YELLOW on drawing No. 01/B, date received 7th September 2021, shall be checked for bat presence by a competent ecologist and all demolition works shall be monitored by a competent ecologist. A report of the demolition shall be submitted to the Council within 2 weeks of completion of the demolition works. Reason: In the interests of protected and priority species.
