Description

Discharge of Condition 13 of the planning approval: LA06/2022/0459/F, which state: 'A Drainage Assessment, compliant with FLD 3 & Annex D of PPS 15, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council prior to the commencement of development. The Drainage Assessment shall demonstrate the safe management of any out of sewer flooding emanating from the surface water drainage network, agreed under Article 161, in a 1 in 100 year event. Mitigation measures shall be carried out in accordance with the approved Drainage Assessment.'
