Description

Discharge of condition 15 of application LA06/2018/0825 - A final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) with finalised Site Drainage Plan shall be submitted to Ards and North Down Borough Council for approval prior to works commencing. This should reflect and detail all pollution prevention, mitigation and avoidance measures as outlined within the Habitats Regulations Assessment and Construction Method Statement. and all additional submitted information. This shall include a specific method statement for installation of the gabion basket bank protection and a detailed drawing demonstrating the location of the construction compound, a construction phase storm drainage plan and appropriate buffers between construction works/storage locations and the adjacent watercourse. The approved CEMP shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details and all works on site shall conform to the approved CEMP, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Planning Authority Reason: To protect the features of the European Sites in Strangford Lough from any adverse effects during construction and operational phases of the proposal.
