Description

Discharge of Condition No. 5 (A) of approval LA06/2022/1289/F: Prior to the operation of the turbine hereby approved a scheme providing for the avoidance of shadow flicker at any affected residential receptors lawfully existing at the date of this permission shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The scheme shall be carried out as approved prior to the operation of the turbine and shall be retained in perpetuity and associated mitigation measures included. Reason: To ensure the amenity of residents is protected.
