Description

Discharge of condition 5 in relation to approved application LA06/2023/1374/LBC - Prior to works commencing on site, a sample area for repointing shall be prepared and shall be approved in writing by the Council in consultation with HED (Historic Buildings). The works shall be carried out as approved. Reason: To ensure the works proposed make use of traditional materials and techniques which match or are in keeping with those found on the building .
