Description

Discharge of Condition 17 of the planning approval LA06/2017/0219/F, which state: "The long term management and maintenance of the communal amenity space, as indicated on Drawing No. 02A date stamped 24 July 2019, shall be undertaken by a management company commissioned by the developer. Details of the arrangements to be put in place to establish the management company and details of the alternative measures which will take effect in the event that the management arrangements break down, must be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council prior to the occupation of any part of the development hereby permitted."
