Description

Discharge of condition No 6 of LA06/2021/0148/F: Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved a Lighting Plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council with full details of all eternal lighting on the site. The approved Lighting Plan shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council. The Plan shall include the following: a) Specifications of lighting to be used across the site, including model of luminaires, location and height; b) All measures to mitigate for the impacts of artificial lighting on bats and other wildlife, e.g. timing of lighting, use of low level lighting, screens, hoods, cowls etc. c) A horizontal illuminance contour plan (isolux drawing) showing predicted light spillage across the site.
