Description

Discharge of Condition 9 to the planning approval LA06/2020/0187/F, which state: 'Prior to the commencement of any of the approved development on site, a final drainage assessment, containing a detailed drainage network design and compliant with Annex D of PPS 15 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The Final Drainage Assessment shall be implemented as approved. Reason: To safeguard against flood risk to the development and elsewhere.'
