Variation of Condition 2 of approval LA06/2019/1304/F from: The vehicular access, including visibility splays and any forward sight distance, shall be provided in accordance with the Proposed Site Layout Plan, Drawing No.03/B bearing the stamp dated 8th March 2021 prior to the commencement of any other development hereby permitted.
