Description

Discharges of conditions 4 and 5 of approval LA06/2022/0660/F: Condition 4 : No work shall commence until detailed proposals of a schedule of all interior finishes is agreed in writing with the Council in conjunction with Historic Environment Division to include confirmed retention of some of the interior boarded concrete finish. Condition 5: No work shall commence to landscaping until a detailed landscaping plan proposal indicating locations of all finish materials and lighting fixtures have been submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council in conjunction with Historic Environment Division, and all work shall conform to the agreed samples.
