Discharge of Condition 2 of Planning Approval LA06/2021/0506/F which states – ‘No development shall take place until full details of all proposed tree planting and a programme of works for the planting of new species of rowan and hazel to the northern and eastern boundaries, as indicated on Drawing Number 01/A, date received 11th March 2022, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council and all tree planting shall be carried out in accordance with those details and at those times as approved.’
