Description

Discharge of Condition 9 to the planning aproval, which state: 'The development hereby permitted, shall not be commenced until any highway structure/retaining wall/culvert requiring technical approval, as specified in the Roads (NI) Order 1993, has been approved and constructed with BD2 technical Approval of Highway structures: Volume 1: Design Manual for Roads and Bridges. Rivers Agency will require to be consulted regarding the discharge of any storm water into an existing water course prior to the commencement of building works on site. Any telegraph poles/street furniture must be re-sited to the rear of sight visibility splays and to the satisfaction of Department for Infrastructure Roads. Reason: To ensure that the structure is designed and constructed in accordance in accordance with BD2 technical Approval of Highway Structures: Volume 1: Design Manual for Roads and Bridges.'
