Description

Dischage of Condition 7 to the planning approval LA06/2016/1108/F, which state: 'A Final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and approved by the Council in writing prior to the commencement of any works on site. This final CEMP shall contain all the mitigation as described in the Outline Construction Environmental Management Plan completed by Doran Consulting, dated November 2019 and shall be implemented as approved during the construction phase to the satisfaction of the Council.'
