Description

Discharge of Condition 8 to the planning approval LA06/2019/0330/F, which state: 'No tree felling, vegetation clearnace and building demolition shall take place between the 1st March and 31st August inclusive unless a competent ecologist has undertaken a detailed check for active birds nests in the trees/vegetation/buildings immediately before works commence and provided written confirmation that no nests are present/birds will be harmed and that there are appropriate measures in place to protect nesting birds. Any such written confirmation shall be submitted to the Council within 6 weeks of works commencing. Reason: To protect nesting birds.'
