Discharge of Condition 9 to the planning approval LA06/2018/1355/F which state: 'The Development hereby permitted shall not be commenced until a Street Lighting scheme design has been submitted to and approved by the Council in consultation with DFI Roads Street Lighting Section. The Street Lighting scheme, including the provision of all plant and materials and installation of same, will be implemented in accordance with the approved details prior to the occupation of any part of the development hereby approved.'
