Description

Discharge of Condition 21 of approval LA06/2020/0464/F which states: 21. The long term management and maintenance of the communal open space, as indicated on drawing 26B bearing the date stamp 01/02/2022, and the Landscape Management Plan bearing the date stamp 01/02/2022 shall be undertaken by a management company commissioned by the developer. Details of the arrangements to be put in place to establish the management company and details of the alternative measures which will take effect in the event that the management arrangements break down, must be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council prior to the occupation of any dwelling hereby approved. Reason: To ensure the provision and maintenance of public open space within the site.
