Description

Discharge of Condition 5 to the Planning Approval LA06/2022/0476/F, which states, Details of the proposed insulated flooring shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council in conjunction with Historic Environment Division (HED) prior to the commencement of works on site. Reason: To ensure the essential character of the building and its setting are retained and its features of special interest remain intact and unimpaired; to ensure that the materials used are of appropriate quality in the interests of maintaining the character and appearance of the listed building and to ensure the architectural details (e.g. doors, gutters, windows) match or are in keeping with the building. Discharge of Condition 6 to the Planning Approval LA06/2022/0476/F, which states, The replacement ground floor window shall be timber, hand painted (non-factory finished), putty fronted and without trickle vents. A detailed drawing from the manufacturer shall be submitted to and approved in writing by Council in conjunction with HED prior to the commencement of works on site.
