Description

Discharge of Condition 11 to the Planning Approval LA06/2016/1108/F, which states, A revised Noise Impact Assessment /Noise Management Plan for this development shall be submitted to and agreed by the Council in writing prior to any development works commencing on site. This report shall include: An assessment of the potential noise from construction activities which must have reference to BS 5228-1:2009+A1:2014 and include confirmation that the construction works will not exceed the Category A limit (65 dB LAeq daytime). An outline of the ongoing noise monitoring programme during all construction works, (including locations/ frequency) to verify compliance with the set levels. Details of all mitigation measures to control the construction noise from the site. The noise mitigation measures shall be implemented as approved during the construction phase to the satisfaction of the Council. Reason: In the interests of amenity.
