Description

Discharge of Condition 4 to the Planning Approval LA06/2019/1091/F, which state: ’No development activity shall commence on site until details of the bespoke moveable acoustic barriers as referred to in the Method Statement / Working Plan received 5th August 2021, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The approved barriers shall be positioned as indicated on Drawing 02 bearing the date stamp 25 October 2021and will be in place on site prior to commencement of any works permitted in this application and during all dismantling works.’
