Description

Discharge of condition 14 of LA06/2022/0459/F, which states "An invasive species management plan (ISMP) shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council prior to the commencement of development. The ISMP shall be subsequently implemented as approved to the satisfaction of the Council. The plan shall detail the measures to be used to eradicate Himalayan Balsam. There are several options for dealing with Himalayan Balsam outlined in the Invasive Species Ireland “Best Practice Management Guidelines Himalayan Balsam” document.
