Description

Replacement of existing turbine (32.3m hub height, 32m rotor diameter and overall tip height of 48.3m) with a 250KW turbine comprising of a 50m hub height and 27m blade span (overall tip height of 77m): Non-compliance with Condition 5 of LA06/2020/1035/F "Prior to commencement of the development hereby approved a scheme providing for the avoidance of shadow flicker at any affected residential receptors lawfully existing at the date of this permission shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Council. The scheme shall be carried out as approved prior to the operation of the turbine and shall be retained in perpetuity and associated mitigation measures included."
