Non-Material Change to PAC approval 2022/A0215 (LA03/2021/0745/F) (Residential development comprising 33 no. units (19 no. Category 1, 3 Wheelchair Units and 11 no. General Needs), access, parking, landscaping and associated siteworks). Proposed changes include: Blocks A-D: Internal arrangements have been amended where necessary, in accordance with external input and social housing requirements; External switch room has been added to block following input from M&E consultant, as shown on individual block plan and site plan; Communal hallway arrangement has been updated - M&E services now located externally as previously noted. Fire travel distances have been taken account of, and arrangement of communal hallway has been updated where necessary; Under stair cleaner store has now been included on all blocks Outside: Courtyard area has been rearranged to simplify access; Bin stores and drying areas have been relocated/ resized where necessary; Scooter charging area and cycle store relocated to inside of courtyard area
