Description

External improvement works within Merville Garden Village to include: overhauling the roof coverings reusing the existing natural slates as per the conservation area plan; re-rendering the chimney stack to match the existing; replacing the rainwater goods with black uPVC to match the existing; replacing the waste water goods with black uPVC as per the conservation area plan; overcladding the fascias and soffits with black uPVC; isolated repairs to concrete window cills and repainting white as per the existing; fitting trickle ventilation to the windows; cleaning, easing and adjusting the windows and doors; replacing the store doors with like-for-like timber doors; repainting the plinth black as per the conservation area plan; repainting the timber canopies black as per the conservation area plan; and cleaning and repainting the walls white.
