Description

Non-Material Change to Planning approval LA03/2020/0516/F (Proposed 6no. glamping pods and welcome/communal building with associated site works). Changes include:- 1. The change from grasscrete laneway and vehicle parking circulation areas to traditional hardcore and relocation of 1no. car parking space from new entrance to main glamping site to facilitate access; 2. Relocation of the entrance from the car park to the main glamping area and subsequent change to internal glamping site’s walkway/ amenity path and therefore associated lighting locations; 3. Change in material used to construct walkway from grasscrete to a boardwalk construction; 4. Welcome/communal building slightly reorientated to address change to walkway positioning; 5. Reorientation of Pods 1, 3 and 5 and walkways to them; 6. Reduction in size and reorientation of Pods 6 and 2.
