Description

Non Material Change to LA03/2023/0396/F (Proposed change of use from a Bowling Green Pavilion/Day Nursery to a Cafe/Restaurant.) Changes involve a new opening for a window to be made and an existing door to be replaced with a window. Note that some windows are obscured for privacy reasons and manifestation added where applicable. A window to the rear has been removed and filled in for extraction fans to be fitted to the external facade. To the rear of the building hardstanding has been increased, this area will be enclosed by a fence and have a lockable gate. 3no. roof lights have been added to the front elevation, with the flue being repositioned on the rear of the roof
