Non-material change to planning approval LA03/2022/0991/F (Demolition of all existing storage and workshop buildings (5 no. total) on site and erection of 2 no. identical new stores buildings). Shed one finished floor level (FFL) to change from 32.400m to 31.800m; Shed two FFL to change from 32.200m to 31.800m; Shed one ridge level to change from 38.387m to 38.187m (Same as shed two); Shed one eaves level to change from 38.600m to 38.400m (Same as shed two); Shed two moved 1m north towards the road, giving an increased clear distance of 9m between the sheds; Gable end roller shutter doors and pedestrian doors moved to front elevations the buildings; Width of roller door changed from 4000mm to 4300mm; Increased area of existing yard to be broken out and replaced to allow easier tie in of new slab levels; Introduction of several retaining walls to allow change in FFL of the sheds.
