Client has been in contact with an arborist, Thomsons Tree Services Ltd to review the status of the trees to the rear of 56 Town Street, Duffield. (T1) Holly, arborist advised the tree is diseased. As a result needs to be felled. (T2) Holly, arborist advised the tree is diseased. As a result needs to be felled. (T3) Holly, arborist advised the tree is diseased. As a result needs to be felled. (T4) Yew, to be retained but pruned. (T5) Holly, arborist advised the tree is diseased and over-run with ivy. As a result needs to be felled. (T6) Holly, arborist advised the tree is diseased and over-run with ivy. As a result needs to be felled. (T7) Ash, arborist advised the tree is suffering from ash die-back and is a clear and present danger to our property due to the proximity. Over recent years a branch has fallen into the neighbours garden. (T8) Silver Birch, to be retained but pruned.
