G1 3 Poplar Trees - Remove new growth from last pollard and reduce height to 6m in height, to regenerate pollard point lower than before (approx. 3m) to manage future size and mitigate risk of them failing and damaging property. One branch has recently broken off and hit buildings beneath. T1 Spruce - reduce height by 4m to manage size (resulting height approx. 15m) and also prune in lateral branches by 1m to give overall smaller size of tree as owners wish for tree to be kept as smaller size
