Description

This application involves the reduction of 2 trees at premises situated off the Market Place, Crich, which has been subject of a previous visit and authority to carry out work by AVBC. Tree 1 - proposed reduction of 25% of a mature Maple tree situated on the premises boundary adjacent to a footpath. The tree is close to a low BT line and situated very close to a mature Beech tree covered by a TPO. The work is necessary to prevent the Maple having an impact on the crown and shape of the Beech. Tree 2 - 30% reductio0n to an Oak tree situated at the front of the premises adjacent to 2 neighbouring properties. The Oak tree is overhanging one of the premises and the small reduction is requested to prevent any damage to the premises and significant leaf fall blocking and causing damage to the drains.
